I was mid shift at a clients house when her mother started screaming and yelling at a 7 year old child in a very distasteful way. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Normal for them apparently but I did not want to go back. I told my co ordinator about how I felt and was never contacted again. Very disappointed as I had left my previous job to start work at Cality Care. Do not recommend to work here at all.
Jayne and her team at Cality Care have made such a difference in my disabled brothers life, he has Muscular Dystrophy and the quality of care and support has lifted his mental state so much he is so much more interactive with me as his Sister because they have given him a lot more dignity with their professionalism ...forever grateful... WT
