Rude, don't back product to satisfaction. Not accredited by BBB. Sadly my recliner is now defective after they reupholstered it. I told them on delivery, by email, and by phone several times. I sent them photos of before and after they worked on it. It is not "inherent" for recliners' arms to be pulled away from the frame.
