I bought their umbrella on Amazon 4 months ago on May 3rd. It was $300+. I specifically bought their umbrella to go with my sunbrella cushions. I only buy sunbrella materials as it is definitely fade resistant and durable when subjected to the intense heat and sun in Texas. Well the umbrella is fine BUT the metal pole snapped in two near the top at the tilt location. Sitting outside, no wind, and the pole snapped and the umbrella fell over on the table. loved the umbrella but they don't sell the items that make it stand up and don't tell you until you bought it, the customer service is really bad.
I bought an umbrella on Amazon it failed a few days after the return policy now I can’t get in touch with anybody from California umbrella company stay away!
Ordered a 9 foot umbrella a few months ago. Only opened it a few days ago to get ready for 7/4 250! But one of the pieces was broken and not installed. I was past return date for Amazon and past inspection date for Cali Umbrellas. But I sent them an explanation and some pics and they agreed to stand behind their product and gave me a free frame replacement (value $300). That is a company I will continue to do business with! This is the second deck umbrella that I've purchased from California Umbrella. I really like the different styles and color choices that they offer. And, the time between order placement and delivery was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!
