The manager/ owner of this company is the epitome of patience, grace, and good customer service. Somehow California Sierra has unjustly found itself in the middle of a facebook scam ring, one that I ALMOST fell for. When I called to confirm the whereabouts of an item, I was immediately informed of the scam and how to proceed in reporting it. I'm so grateful that I was able to chat with such a competent employee who kept me from being robbed of several hundred dollars.
