We are passionate about turning the page to the next chapter in our customer's life. Moving can be extremely stressful. Calirelocation moving services picked up our 2621 sq. ft. of household furnishings December 2018 and placed the entire truck load into their commerce storage facility, while paying a monthly storage fee. When they arrived they came around 9 PM on the date of the move, in a rental truck. 2 people came and by 11 PM they were not even halfway done. By 12 AM they informed me that not all my stuff would fit in, and they would need to come the next day to get the rest of my stuff, and that it would be an extra cost. Noel & Enrique were very efficient & respectful, great experience.
Do not use this company. They picked up items for a move on November 14 for a 3 week move. Items have not been delivered as of February 3. Awful customer service. I have filed a complaint with the US DOT. Avoid this company.
Obsolute worst experience ever. No one knows what's going on. You get told different numbers from different people. Then the drivers are total jerks and liars. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. By the end of this whole ordeal, we ended up paying $1000 more than what we had received a quote for. Never ever ever again.
