Called them over 20 times to schedule an appt but no one responded to my call. Sent them several msg through their website and again no one got back to me. Stay away from this center
Family member visited within 10 times last year, 3 of all the bills haven't collected the payment from insurance. CRST sent us the past due payment, we followed up with insurance and the CRST. insurance needs addition information from the provider. I contacted the billing department, billing department said the insurance needs more information from me. I told them on the claim denial reason was needed more information form the provider.
