A well run group, with excellent, caring staff. Consistent check-ins to make sure you are doing okay before, during, and after each session. They use an easy to use app for tracking progress and home exercises. Highly recommend this group.
I’m no spring chicken, but I enjoyed walking as an exercise and playing/running around with our dog. In July 2025 I experienced horrible right knee pain for which my orthopedic doc recommended physical therapy. I found California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy on my health insurance website and started my PT journey.
