"Counselor" was unhelpful, sales oriented, and rude. This is NOT a public service. It is a service to retirement homes and other 'senior care' and for-profit providers. They couldn't care less about seniors who need hekp, unless there is someone able to pay market rates for these facilities.

I can't thank California Registry enough for helping me find a place for my grandmother. The staff was incredibly attentive and helped educate and guide me through this process. I had no idea finding the right facility that specialize in Alzheimer's would be so difficult. The staff was so knowledgeable and supportive. I was so frustrated trying to do this on my own. and feel truly grateful that I found this wonderful organization. I wish I could give California Registry 10 stars. They are truly a valuable asset when trying to find the right place for a loved one. I had tried on my own, as well as with another agency, to find a place that I would be comfortable putting my uncle who had recently moved here from Florida. They not only listened to my concerns, but were able to provide several recommendations based on previous clients with similar needs. I am so grateful for the service and support California Registry provided!

California Registry has helped my family so much! My dad has the beginnings of dementia and was living in Colorado. We needed to get him moved to CA to be near us, ASAP. They helped me find a safe and adorable option for him. They are kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. I wish I could give 10 stars!!! I can’t recommend CA registry enough. I am truly thankful for all their care and support during this transition for my dad. They helped with what could have been a very difficult time, and made it so much easier.
