I was thoroughly impressed with the show and service that I received at this theatre while attending Wicked. But here is the deal breaker for this venue. There is not enough bathrooms or lobby space or concessions to handle the number of seats the theatre has. I am not exaggerating when I say that women have to stand in a line that goes from one side of the building to the other during intermission and before the show.
