First thing to know about Richard, he is money hungry...this guy asks for money more than my ex wife. One time I paid Richard a retainer, a month later he forgot I paid, then asked for more money. Richard failed to file a motion in time costing me an incredible amount of money and headache but I still got billed for all the work he failed to file in time.
