No recomiendo este lugar para ningun trato de documento ni nada. El trato es descortes, como si debemos algo. Realizaron mis huellas mal y debi regresar a sacar las huellas nuevamente a ese lugar . Pero su trato de la persona encargada fue muy despota. No habla español y fue muy cortante no entiendo y punto no tiene empatia no grado de atencion al publico. No debe de ser un lugar de apoyo para hacer tramites para el gobierno de EEUU. Donde se prevalece el derecho del buen trato hacia todos. No lo recomiendo.

To be honest, after reading the reviews I was hesitant to go there. I ended up making an appointment anyways and it was only 70$. She was not rude for one, shes actually very nice. Her time is money and money is time. She doesnt have time for ignorance. She was never rude and is not fraudulent. She is knowledgeable and knows how to do her job. I even tipped her because she was so nice and answered every question i had. I will use her services in the near future.

She is very Greedy lady . After 1 and half years she is not done my work. I spend $2000. ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਲਾਲਚੀ ਔਰਤ ਆ. 1 year 6 months ਸਾਨੂੰ passport ਦਾ ਲਾਰਾ ਲਾਇਆ . ਨਾ passport ਦਾਵਾਇਆ . ਨਾ ਸਾਡੀ money ਵਾਪਿਸ ਕੀਤੀ… ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਵੀ passport ਦੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ . Be careful . Because she is very very greedy ladyyyyy.
