Do not entrust this woman or her staff with any work—be it for a passport, travel documents, a Green Card, or any other type of service. She takes money from people but subsequently refuses to answer their calls; furthermore, after botching the job, she demands even more money. When a client requests a refund—asking simply to have their money returned so they can apply elsewhere—she stops answering their calls entirely and resorts to issuing threats. Good service and she is very kind and able to get our work completed and I had to do rescan as my finger print is not clear. Inspite of it She was very accommodating and helpful

Please don't go to this lady she is very disrespectful to her clients and doesn't know how to treat them. I went in waiting for my turn and saw her behaving rudely to a child and her parent and wasn't talking with respect. She kept complaining and blaming the client's fingers for their fingerprinting to go wrong. She has no interest in her job and I called her multiple times to book an appointment and she leaves if I don't come in 5 minutes and blames it on us.
