I called the California Highway Patrol Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility to ask about an inspection, and the person who answered was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They sounded annoyed, gave me attitude, and made me feel like my questions were a bother. Terrible customer service — very disappointing experience.
