Simply amazing company. These guys and gals always are happy to talk to you and answer questions. I have a total set of heated clothes for my motorcycle. When I needed some heated work gloves I contacted them. They told me what I needed. Instead of directing me to purchase from the warming store John said “when you need them call us”. Most companies would do the opposite. They really have great products and a great company culture. Alex

Cant say enough positive things about this store. Excellent customer service, and best warranty in the business on heating clothing. Sent in a jacket that was not heating properly. Jacket arrived at their location on 9/21/2023. They found the issue with the jacket, called me to tell me what they found and what they did to repair the jacket. This was all done in a matter of couple of hours of receiving the jacket. One of the few places that I found that had heated clothing for the Big and Tall. I purchased the California Heat 12v jacket, pants, gloves and controls. The clothing was top, notch, but I was having an issue with the controls. Spoke to the owner who's store was just a short bike ride away. He did a full inspection of the clothing and the gear to make sure all was well. After several attempts to address the problem, turns out my bike didn't like the digital controls. Swapped it out for the upgrade and everything worked great! I bought the California Heat gloves, battery and harness and they are the best. I use the gloves and battery setup for using my snowblower or shoveling during the coldest weather and they are the best. I also use the gloves when I ride my motorcycle in cold weather and again they are great. My hands are always nice and toasty. If you are looking for heated gloves buy the California Heat gloves. You will not be disappointed. There Customer Service is very responsive and always extremely helpful.
