Was going to buy online and realized they were based out of Maryland. Rode motorcycle there and they helped me make sure sizing was correct for jacket and gloves, helped me hook it up, and made sure my bike was hooked up for the gear before I left. Great customer service and GREAT heated gear! Highly recommend to anyone trying to stay warm off their motorcycle!
WOW!!! If you haven’t invested in this business. Please do yourself a favor and RUN don't walk. Was helped by John, who was very know knowledgeable about the products he sells. My friend and i rode our motorcycles and got there cold. John was able to point personally size and recommend the best size/product for maneuverability with the controls on the bike. After our purchase john even walked to our bikes and helped us set up the equipment so we could experience the warmth on our 2 hr ride home!!! Such great customer service... read more
Simply amazing company. These guys and gals always are happy to talk to you and answer questions. I have a total set of heated clothes for my motorcycle. When I needed some heated work gloves I contacted them. They told me what I needed. Instead of directing me to purchase from the warming store John said “when you need them call us”. Most companies would do the opposite. They really have great products and a great company culture. Alex
Cant say enough positive things about this store. Excellent customer service, and best warranty in the business on heating clothing. Sent in a jacket that was not heating properly. Jacket arrived at their location on 9/21/2023. They found the issue with the jacket, called me to tell me what they found and what they did to repair the jacket.
