Great store
Actually, I far preferred Albertson's in the same location, but that is another story. California Fresh is the closest grocery store to me and thus it is the only reason that I go there. Who ever is in charge of this place is doing an amazing job. The place is always clean and staffed with kind and professional employees. The food is fresh and affordably priced. Unfortunately San Luis Obispo is filled with lots of over priced, under performing restaurants. This place one of the few that OVER deliver. Cold brew here is absolute rocket fuel, also the smoked section is unbeatable for the price (especially after 8pm!)
If you want a great cup of coffee while shopping, this is the place. They roast their own beans and you can purchase them to brew your own. If you’re hungry, their hot and cold bar offers fresh choices as well as their sushi and Calif rolls. One of our favs if their Tri-tip burrito for breakfast. Produce is always fresh and beautifully presented. Meat dept. is great too!
