At a time when everyone—including nurses, doctors, lawyers, judges, other exchange agencies, and so-called “professionals”—seemed to choose sides and complicate matters further, California Family Visitation Center was the only organization that consistently behaved professionally. There is significant frustration surrounding this center. From the start, communication was unreliable and inconsistent. Attempts to obtain even the most basic information, such as reports, updates, and scheduling clarity, often led nowhere. Bless their hearts - my ex is the most difficult person to work with. She took random photos of the kids while they were hurt in her care, at school, or karate and tried to use it against me in court saying it happened during my visitation time. They're young - of course they get bruises and scrapes. Aside from her poor harassing behavior toward the staff, I am very happy with California Family Visitation Center. Amazing staff and very sweet people! Definitely would recommend.
It’s my 1st week going to my 2nd week at this center and so far so good. My son was happy after picking him up. He was able to interact with his dad and enjoyed it. The crew are great accommodating and very respectful. Rebecca is the one that assisted me and my son. She made us feel comfortable. Although, she knew I was hesitant at the beginning she assured me that my son will be taking care of and safe. I am hoping that this would turned out great for the best interest of my son. Looking forward to great outcome.
