My experience with the California Family Visitation Center was truly tremendous. I was in supervised visits from January until just a couple of weeks ago, and it was a very rough and emotional road. Without their professional support, I don’t think I could have made it through. HORRIFIC COMPANY! DO NOT USE. Unfortunately as the custodial parent, California Family Visitation center has not helped our kids or the non custodial parent to improve their relationship or to protect the children. Rather they have engaged in secrecy, refusing to provide the custodial parent with reports via ignoring email requests, charging prices at random without consent, refusal to provide written contracts/agreements, refusal to have both parents agree on scheduling, and worst not ensuring the kids were safe in visitati... read more

As a close family friend, I witnessed the emotional and physical toll California Family Visitation Center (CFVC) inflicted on these children. During court-ordered supervised visits, they were verbally abused, physically harmed, and pleaded for help, saying they didn’t feel safe. Their cries were ignored. Supervisors dismissed serious concerns, allowed abusive behavior to continue, and later omitted key details in court reports—which led to unsupervised visits with their abuser. My experience with California Family Visitation Center was outstanding. During an emotionally difficult time, they were a beacon of support. They prioritized getting us scheduled quickly, and every interaction was marked with genuine kindness and understanding. The team of ladies here is truly amazing they make a hard process feel manageable. They are worth every single penny and I highly recommend their services.
