Come here for one medical issue for more than 10 times. Each time I came 15mins early for the appointment, but I always have to wait an hour or more for a 2mins or less not even see able to see the Dr. I am not sure why they need to schedule appt many times and ask you to come so many times. I think they overbook a lot. Never on time for your scheduled appt.
I took my son for his eye exam. I receive a bill for $280. I call the billing department to clarify the bill because my son has full insurance. I never got an answer. I call about 30 times never got an answer. I called the mainline. They said they cannot help me. I called the front desk. I called the other offices that they have they said the best they can do is Connect me directly, but as always, the billing department never answer I left them again a message.
