I'm not shocked these people have such low ratings. I got couple of calls from an old motherly sounding lady named Barbara. "You put a sign in front of your house, and will give you a huge discounts." I figured it's worth a laugh. They have a Spring sale for 30% off, and they are still more expensive than others. She said they have a showroom up and down the coast. That was another lie.

Don’t go with this company . I booked through them and cancelled the order within the time frame when I came to know that they outsource the windows from third party . I have been reaching out to them for my refund and I didn’t received my refund , I called them multiple times , dropped multiple emails but every-time I just get an response that the accounting team will reach out to me but they never reach out to me and I am still stuck with my refund and it’s more than a month I have been trying to reach out to them and stil... read more

Called in for warranty service since 3 weeks nobody contacted me back for the problem. This is very unprofessional business. And im still waiting for someone call me back for the service that I need for my windows after a year they made a mistake on my window. I need an answer. First appointment was canceled.
