Very poor and disappointing service from Credit Union Bank. You should have told me instead of keeping me waiting for such a long time yesterday. I was told I only needed two pieces of ID, but then I was told I needed to unfreeze my account. I was there and completed the unfreezing process. Then the lady said it needed to be approved by a manager. Today, at 12:41 p.m., I noticed a missed call. I called back, and now I’m being told that I need to provide more documents and information.
