I have been with this bank for over 20 years. It was great at first. However, for the last several years (5-10), their service has been lacking. It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone. They take forever to approve and fund loans (auto, mortgage, etc.) compared to any other bank. There are fewer branches available than years ago, and so much more. This bank is absolutely horrible! They do not protect their customers at ALL. I am going through chemo therapy and on my off weeks I wanted to do alternative treatments to help me with my side effects! I called around and was reassured that this clinic would have the proper equipment to find my veins! I made the mistake of paying before receiving services.
