Very poor and disappointing service from Credit Union Bank. You should have told me instead of keeping me waiting for such a long time yesterday. I was told I only needed two pieces of ID, but then I was told I needed to unfreeze my account. I was there and completed the unfreezing process. Super service, very helpful - went in to get some checks ordered, changed address, update account details etc. friendly, fast and knowledgeable service. Zero complaint!
I have been with this bank for over 20 years. It was great at first. However, for the last several years (5-10), their service has been lacking. It takes forever to get someone to answer the phone. They take forever to approve and fund loans (auto, mortgage, etc.) compared to any other bank. There are fewer branches available than years ago, and so much more.
