After some setbacks trying to handle things online, I was able to come in and get everything taken care of. Allison was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process of opening several new accounts. I also appreciate Hilda for helping resolve an administrative issue that was holding things up. Overall, it was a great experience and I was able to accomplish everything I came in for.
