Absolutely disrespectful staff. (Ashley) I took my girlfriend to apply for a loan I recommended her from a previous good experience. But Ashley was very disrespectful and aggressive. She treated us like we were criminals because we had no credit scores. Basically 1st time buyers. I decided to use the dealerships financing instead. they are more straightforward and friendly. The worst company ever. At this point have been thinking about notifying BBB and credit union regulatory. They made a mistake 3 years ago on my account. I paid them off even though I never signed up for overdraft protection. They told me three time they were going to take me off chexsystems and never have. They screwed my credit. Jasmine and Daniel were the two I spoke to and they promised my chexsystems name would not be hurt. I have seek legal advice this week.
