We tried to activate debit card and it took literally 8 tries and couldn’t activate the card, the customer service speaks as though they are drunk couldn’t understand any thing. Very useless… I have to go to a branch to get debit card activated. They offered good mortgage deal hence tried to open an account.. but really they coulda’t get some basics right
I can't say enough about my amazing experience at the Valencia Branch of California Credit Union on 4/30/2024. As a member for well over 30 years, and having visited several different branches for a variety of services over that period of time, this was one of the most satisfying. The primary reason? The staff at this location is very patient and tolerant and accepting of elderly people they take their time to work with them and explain in detail and answer their questions. They go above and beyond to handle people with care they're very accepting of the challenges of some of the people that come in there. Melissa is exceptional and outstanding. And I would highly recommend this location.
