Very bad experience with opening an account even i have valid documents they cannot open Its too bad that i have family owned business with this bank im not going to open an account with them Staff should know what documents need for open an account

We tried to activate debit card and it took literally 8 tries and couldn’t activate the card, the customer service speaks as though they are drunk couldn’t understand any thing. Very useless… I have to go to a branch to get debit card activated. They offered good mortgage deal hence tried to open an account.. but really they coulda’t get some basics right
I can't say enough about my amazing experience at the Valencia Branch of California Credit Union on 4/30/2024. As a member for well over 30 years, and having visited several different branches for a variety of services over that period of time, this was one of the most satisfying. The primary reason?
