The two customer service gals I deal with are always so sweet, very polite & professional. I feel like our funds are very secure! Smiling goes a long way everyone… so for those of you whom complained maybe you should've smiled bigger! It takes 2 to Tango!

Very poor service, strike that I did not get any service. Only one person working. Three people in line. I was standing in line behind a lady for a while when she turned around and ask me what time it was and I showed her my watch she said I done have time for this and she left. I stayed for a few more minutes and I left. This was a great bank, until CCCU bought them out. Horrible service, and terms.
Just trust me and do not bank here.. Honestly the worst customer service experience of my life. I was in the process of getting a car loan with them but they made the process so difficult I gave up and with with another bank… this was after 2 weeks of trying to work with them. Just save yourself the unnecessary stress.
