I can't comment on all branches, but I will comment on the menifee branch, the management there needs to change or be educated, I just visited this branch today, I know they know me already from all the times that I visited. but in this instance there was one customer in the bank. I was told to wait outside, now the branch has two tellers and 3 bank representatives, plus 2 more in the back in the office. they had a total of 6 to 7 employees to help 1 to 2 customers that they let in. RecommendedActually I stop by for the first time at California Coast Credit Union to visit my daughter who works at California Coast Credit Union . But I do have to say I was very impressed by the look inside the credit union and the friendliness of the people working there ! I would have to say that I would recommend California Coast Credit Union for the atmosphere and friendliness they provide as soon as you walk through the doors . Good feelings is a great impression that every customer should look forward to !
