Maybe a good bank if you’re already a member. Tried to sign up today. Waited patiently for my turn. Then the person helping me told me to write down my phone number and she was going to help a customer with a cash transaction… 10 minutes and 3 people later I just left. Place obviously had enough business they don’t need anymore. I just need a place for direct deposit to go I’d really not even like to use a bank… this place reminded me why that is it’s like going to the dmv.
I came in to discuss loan options with an account manager, they hard pulled my credit without my permission and denied that it happened. I’ve had an account with Cal Coast for a few years and have not had any issues but I would not recommend this branch location.
Stacey knows what do do to make it happen. Opened a couple different trust accounts. She helps and works with me. Great customer service. The others at this location always greet with a smile and they had cookies the other day too!

Stopped in today with my mom. We both opened accounts and she took advantage of one of their short term certificates. Stacey was super helpful and sweet. Stacey got everything setup for us in less than an hour. James, the branch manager, stopped by and made sure everything went smoothly. Looking forward to banking with you all!
