This place saved my day! I had been to 4 other stores trying to collect my Western Union money.. The money had been sent to me using the test question option in place of an ID. First place could not figure out how to do it (Wasted 20-30 min of my time trying to figure it out with them..) all while being treated like a nuisance by the employee “helping” me.. Wow!!! Terrible service… I don’t typically use check-cashing services but I just got off the phone and I cannot believe how rude and difficult this company is. I simply called to find out what the rate is to cash an IRS refund check. I had to give all kinds of information which I’m still wondering why??? And was told I have to bring the check to get a quote on the rate to cash it???
