Tanya was very lovely and helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of both times i went to cash checks. She made the process very easy and in a timely manner. Overall great experience!!!

The lady was super nice but was acting very suspicious about why my check was a few months old & why I didn’t come in sooner to cash it, I explained the mobile capital one app I usually use for my checks wasn’t working & I didn’t really need the money right away so I waited to cash it. She literally had me pull up my capital one app & went through my entire transaction list for the past 2 months.
