I recently visited your location to make a Western Union bill payment. A woman assisted me—she was wearing dark glasses and appeared to be of Indian descent. She called me over, and I provided her with the account number written on a piece of paper. Unfortunately, she made a mistake and sent the $4,900 payment to the wrong account—one that I did not recognize. It took me over 30 minutes to get the issue resolved to be wait 24 hr more .
