Awesome staff. Helpful and respectful. Some forms take a long time to fill, but this location has great people and low wait times. One of the few Western Union locations that actually has cash in the Livermore area.
Received horrible service Walked in 2 times in a good mood left both times wondering why my time was wasted and my check wasn't cashed.. 1st time had 1 customer ahead of me and there was only 1 person working... waited 30 minutes with no service.. I had to leave... 2nd time I came in I show them my check and it gets looked over and proceeds to go thru clearance by two managers... then I'm told I have to make an account and have to give them wayyyyy to much personal info...such as social security number work info and 3 person... read more
I went to this location yesterday to cash a check around $10,000. The lady behind the window said that she was going to work with me. Then she starts taking my social and all my information, and then tells me it's going to cost around 1400.00$ to cash the check so I told her I don't want it cashed and plz give my check and I.d.
