minus one star worst car covers on the planet...cover started disintegrating in 4 months of use cheap synthetic material desinged to look like cotton or cloth made of poly (plastic) my vehicle is 20 years old 25000 miles well cared for and stored i should not have to repair a car cover half a dozen times in a yaer because it is falling apart just sitting on the car. junk peddelers
0rdered a cover for an antique car about four years ago. nice cover excellent fit. tried to order a cover for my latest restoration project a 1911 ford. they asked to e mail photo which a did. no one got back to me. I have called several times left messages and no response. their service stinks.
Unfortunately I've ordered from here twice. The first time, I ordered a Shelby Mustang shirt. It specifically stated it was heavy duty and was Dickies brand. I ended up with a paper thin shirt from Red Kap. The second time, I received a T-Shirt with a hole in it. I noticed the hole as I ironed it before wearing it. I contacted California Car Cover. They said there was nothing they could do because I had ironed it. I'm done with this place
I ordered the car cover for a 1969 GMC truck that is in Florida where it rains - tropical climate. The salesperson said it's water repellant. That means to me that the vehicle would remain dry under the $500 car cover. Not the case. Now I need to pay a 25% restock fee and pay to ship the cover back. Furthermore the sales representative implied I'm an idiot for believing the cover would keep the vehicle dry because he said "most people would understand that repellant isn't waterproof." Not only did I not receive the car cover I ordered, but they actually sent me an email asking me to rate the product. They don’t respond to any emails, they don’t answer calls or when they do and find out there’s a problem they hang up. What kind of company is this? I just want my cover. It’s been 6 weeks now. Nothing. $275 lost. Do not buy anything from this company.
