I have an escrow in progress with them. They are very very very very very slow... be prepared to call every single day if you are on a timeline. Don’t believe they will work on it and let you know. Ask for an ETA on the next step, request an update/confirmation within that specific timeframe, and DO NOT WAIT to call back when you don’t hear back. Or better yet, just look for someone that doesn’t take forever.
I have used CBE's services numerous times and would never use anyone else when it comes to liquor license escrows.
If I could rate this business a zero I would. The are so unprofessional and if you are not the one has hired them, they will not act in good faith. RECOMMEND USING ANOTHER ESCROW COMPANY.
Take so long when I call never answer phone almost 5 months to closing
