I was told a week in advance, he would have my defendant served over the weekend because that is the best time to serve a person. the weekend passes and on Monday I receive no call from David. I have to call on Tuesday to follow up on the status of the service. he tells me he didn't get to it and will conduct it today. after that phone call he tells me that it will cost more than the initial quote price to serve the person because it is now a "rush fee".
