I received a call from this business this afternoon telling me that my e-bike was repaired and ready for pickup. I told them I could get in to pick it up this evening before 7:00 pm (closing time) and they agreed. When I arrived at 6:53pm I found the front door locked and the closed sign posted. This is not customer service. It cost me money and time to drive 30 miles to pick up my bike. Now I'll have to do it all over tomorrow. THIS ISN'T OK!

Honestly I was super excited to check this place out since I'm in the market for a used bicycle. My sister just moved to Lincoln, found this place, and subsequently told me to check it out. When I walked in it was pretty nice. They had a lot of used bikes. Most were pretty expensive (close to msrp?). That was fine because they did have some in my price range.
