Came here for an a la carte tune-up on an older hybrid bike. The staff here are awesome. Anthony was running the shop by himself, but was able to fit me in among a full tune-up appointment schedule, sales, and walk-ins. Friendly, no attitude, super knowledgeable, and gave helpful advice without trying to upsell or push products on customers. I’ve been a customer for over 20 yrs, thru 3 different owners/mgmt: from Joe (original founder/owner) to the current employee/owners model. This current crew functions like a pit crew! You bring a bike in early in the day it will be ready for pick up same day. If you have s minor issue like tubes, tires, cables/derailuers adjustment they will repair while you wait (15-20 mins max.) or within an hour. They are fast, knowlegeable, professional & fair.
