There are not enough adjectives to describe how awesome Anthony's customer service and follow up was! We were looking for a hitch extender for our bike rack on the back of our car. Unfortunately it was not in stock. Anthony offered to order one and call us when it came in saying it should be within a week. We were visiting from out of state so our timeline was tight. Amazing service, I purchased my new se fast ripper and was able to pick it up all tuned up build and ready to go the very next day. I drove two hours to pick up in person, and it was well worth it. Also their rewards system ain’t like any other store I have ever been too, it’s real and they def take good care of you. Highly recommended!
Have had two services at this shop, conveniently located on the Iron Horse. Had my grips replaced and a new computer installed. Anthony and team are quick, clear and made getting around to these fix-its easier than going to my regular bike shop and scheduling an appointment.
