Went to open a account and was told in a real condescending and rude tone I needed to make an appointment. My Family has banked at this location since it opened. I will not bank with them ever and having my family change banks . Can't believe how rudely I was treated. And to top it off the manager was right their and heard everything. Opened business account and it was arbitrarily closed. No call backs. No explanations. This bank is a joke
The people that work in this branch or maybe some of the most rude and unprofessional people I've ever dealt with in my entire life. I go to this branch because my father-in-law has been doing business here for many years, and I have no idea why They are mean rude and completely unhelpful. Everything they do or say is no. I'm going to try to get him to leave this branch and go to a ban with some class if you're in the process of thinking about going to Calif bank. Don't!
Googled my contact information to harass me at WORK with a refinancing pitch. Utterly unprofessional behavior.
