Please avoid this bank at all costs. They froze my account without notifying me. All over a $250 check that Chase Bank confirmed is not fraudulent. They wont even let me speak to the fraud department. It has been nearly a month and they just keep saying "we reached out to Chase." I have been a customer (Firstbank originally) for over 20 years. And I just basically get told "we can't help you." This is a terrible way to treat customers. This has caused all kinds of issues, and there is no end in site. They do not value people... read more
Very very bad costumer’s service. I going to open new business account and the employees take my documents by the counter and waiting him and I asked him please go to bank system and check more information all this time I’m stopped in counter. I don’t advise anyone to open personal or business bank account. I lost my time with bad customer service
