Of all the banks I have dealt with over the past 40 years, California Bank & Trust is without doubt the absolute worst. Everything about their process is about keeping you from accessing your funds - all in the name of "protection and security". During my most recent interaction (with Paula, a supervisor at the bank card center), I was told that the reason I could not have my daily spending limit increased to $5,000 from the normal $2,000, was due to "Patriot Act restrictions" and that they were trying to prevent "money laun... read more
