California Bank & Trust in Claremont, CA has given Pomona Valley Towing authorization to tow vehicles parked in a shared public parking lot hours after the bank is closed and not conducting business. The tow company is predatory. They will wait for you to park and not long after will tow you and anyone else parked in those spots to the tow yard.
