This branch went above and beyond for us and we can't thank them enough. Everyone there was great, but I need to give especially warm thanks to Greg and Diane. Ten star experience.
This bank is just okay. I feel like the entire company could stand to come into 2024. I shouldn’t have to call for everything. I can’t even attach my card to Apple wallet without having to call and talk to someone to get it approved. I haven’t been able to get into my app for my newest account for over a year and the response is just “sorry, we don’t know.” Loans also take twice as long as other banks, in my experience.
Outstanding service.
