I recently forgot to retrieve my bank card from the ATM after making a cash deposit. I went in and Yadira Torres helped me. She was very professional, caring and helpful. I was able to get my card back the same day. A few days later the cash I deposited was returned to my account. Yadira made this happen and I am very thankful. Greatly Appreciated Yadira!!!
This bank is awful. There’s no need for the extra security doors and fancy electromagnets with the camera in the front and when the doors weigh over 200 pounds.
Waited around for 45 minutes just to get my deposit in. Terrible service.
Used this bank over 20 years never had any issues good people safe.
