I been banking here for over 7 years and everyone is really helpful, respectful. They always help resolve any issue you may have. 1800 # is very helpful too.
AV Bank, Lancaster Blvd. branch continues to hold cash deposits made on Friday’s, usually prior to 9:30 AM, for processing until Mondays to acquire unethical NSF fees. The Customer Service Representatives at 800-400-6080 indicated that cash funds should be immediately available, despite the day of week or time the deposit is made, provided the deposit is made with the drive up teller and going into the bank.
