Worst bank on earth ! Opened an account this morning . Came into this branch and made an initial cash deposit. Immediately after leaving I got locked out of my account. Called customer service and they said they couldn't unlock it I had to go back to the branch . I went back to the branch and they couldn't do it either . Was a previous customer since 2012 and I regret to say this but this bank was better when it was Antelope Valley Bank. The customer service is not the greatest. I've been with JPM chase for less than a year and already have been offered a CC and they gave me a loan for my car. Zion is trash they're banks suck and so do their stock.
That branch in West Palmdale have one employee I believe she’s Indian. She didn’t even give me my money. She want me to wait one more day even if the money was available ,she literally lied to me told me the money not available today . I went to a different branch and I got the money same hour. I was gonna complain about her big-time, but it’s not worth the waste my time over her. I will never go to that branch. The other Branches much friendlier.
