Branch manager Richard is rude condescending and makes up his own federal rules and regulations on the whim. I took my government check into their location and the branch manager, Richard, was telling me that they would deposit the check into my mother's account that she has had since like 1970/80 with them as a courtesy and that they don't do other people's banking and then pushed for myself to open a bank account with them.
