Quite possibly the worst bank ever and I always experience rude customer service at this branch in particular. Not to forget that because it is a small local bank, they charge for each and every little thing. The close proximity to my home is no longer worth the benefits anymore and I will be moving my business elsewhere!
The tellers make me feel uncomfortable when all I'm trying to do is cash a check. Maybe their not used to seeing a blue collar latino but they always treat me like im suspicious
I have applied the HELOC for my rental properties. Only few banks could provide HELOC for rental houses. They offered very competitive terms and rates. The officer Ann Liu did quality jobs and provided excellent services. Thank you!
