This bank is a joke. Parked in the lot designated for the bank and was approached with hostility by someone about whether or not our intention to patron the bank was true. Went into the bank to make a transaction as a partner credit Union customer and they told me their cut off for this transaction was 3:30 pm. I was there at 3:40. T
No waiting this morning. Teller very helpful. Easy parking in private lot off LA Loma Rd.
Took an hour for me to set up a password with them on the phone to get on the app just so I could see my balance. And still I cannot transfer money to my bank unless I have a checking account. Otherwise I have to send a fax and they mail out a check.
Update: After this post the manager closed my account. I asked her for her boss or the board's contact, but she refused. She made up some lies about me to do it. Her lies will caught up to her and that union will suffer under her unchecked actions. I am happy to be done with them. The manager, BEHAVIOR, is unprofessional. Her conduct is as if the money there is out of HER pocket. Her tone, her word choices, her attitude is unwelcoming to customers. I really enjoy going to this bank! Everyone I've ever dealt with has been very friendly and helpful with no issues. This is the only bank in my area that works with my hometown credit union and there's never any issues. They also never complain about me (to my face at least haha) always coming in to get quarters for my never ending laundry. All in all, I highly recommend :)
