This is a shared branch for me. I've had to buy /sell /upgrade personal vehicles locally. They have made that process much less painful for me. True help. The ladies in there have always gone above and beyond even gave me information I did not know. Thanks!

Took an hour for me to set up a password with them on the phone to get on the app just so I could see my balance. And still I cannot transfer money to my bank unless I have a checking account. Otherwise I have to send a fax and they mail out a check.

Update: After this post the manager closed my account. I asked her for her boss or the board's contact, but she refused. She made up some lies about me to do it. Her lies will caught up to her and that union will suffer under her unchecked actions. I am happy to be done with them. The manager, BEHAVIOR, is unprofessional. Her conduct is as if the money there is out of HER pocket. Her tone, her word choices, her attitude is unwelcoming to customers. I was hesitant to come to this location due to the reviews, but i gave in bc the location was convenient. John was my teller, i was extremely happy to find no line, and he was able to process my deposit with my sister credit untion branch. I will 100% return in the future to do more business here.

I have been there customer for the past 10 years now.The staff have always been so helpful and caring for me and my family always. I was looking for a home loan and getting preapproved. She made the process so helpful and easy to understand. If anyone is looking for a great, helpful, credit union look no further. Amazing service and staff.
