Then claimed to have knocked on my door, there are four people in my living room and we were waiting for a knock and no one ever did. This is a partnership healthplan member who is homeless living with friends. On the health insurance website it has no apt number listed and the phone number went to voicemail. My driver went around the complex 4 times to try and find the member outside. She was vulgar with me when she finally called me at 1255pm to see where her driver was. I've known the owner for years at a previous employment. I now have ridden with a few of the drivers. I have only good to say. They are as gentle, accommodating, and patient as I could ask.

CAT transport is always our first choice for medical transport in Shasta County. There is no job too difficult or too far. The team is friendly and knows how to handle those who are medically complex. Team Members we are familiar with are ***** and Destiny who have great communication and always show up on time. Overall, this is the best transportation in the area. One that we can count on everytime.
