This company is total trash so dirty and rude especially this driver his name is Osama he is so rude and he is just horrible and his vehicle smelled like gasoline and it also smell like cigarette Honestly, I Would give him zero stars
Driver left the sick patient on the street!
Driver arrived late for ride to the appointment, smells strongly of smoke, van is dirty and unmarked, driver won’t go into office to get patient who is unable self ambulate. Return ride was a no show, stating that they did not know the office address - though the same company dropped them off at the appointment. It just does not make sense.
If I could give minus five! They are HORRIBLE!!! They are always late, smells backur( very ugly smelling to me). When Im telling late it’s like 2-4 hours late ! Avoid them at any cost!
