Delivery was really quick and communication was great.
Recently purchased twice from Calido. Had to speak with a couple of the team to help with delivery and to add an item to my order - everyone was really friendly and helpful. Delivery was quick and drivers very good - great to have such good service these days Especially from an online order!
Purchased a chainsaw online with Calido as it was the best priced on the internet. As promised it arrived 2 days later in an original box with bar and chain. To my delight Calido had arranged for the saw to be registered with Husqvarna enabling the warranty without any prompting from myself - I received an email confirming this only hours after I received the saw.
