The staff at Caliper were professional and over the top. I had a home office chair that took me forever to find that matched my desk. The cylinder with slowly leak out and bottom out. I would constantly have to lift it back up. I called down there and they said they could possibly help me but would need to see it. I dropped it off, two days later they called and said it was fixed. I highly recommend them!
