OMG I thought I had left a review but I did not, I apologize for not doing so. I had purchased my 1st home and Tessie made it super easy and guide me through every step, she made sure every go smoothly!!! Do your self a favor and stay away from Caliber Home Loans I’ve had them for almost 5 years I have been trying to remove PMI for almost a year. I have 2 letters from them approving it but they wont remove from statement and now they sent a third letter taking it back saying they made a mistake and they wont remove. I was just on the phone with customer service escalations and “Tasha” hang up on me as I asked her to remove.
