Notification went to wrong email address. Notification sent 6/7 that stated our payment was due 6/1. Automated responses said our loan number had not changed but then gave a number that's nothing like our Wells Fargo account. Can't find an email to send concerns to and wait time to actually speak with a person was "unusually high with long wait times". Not happy with this company but didn't have a choice as our loan was sold to them. Will NOT be recommending them to anyone.
Richard was always so patient and kind and never made me feel uncomfortable if I didn't have the right answer. He was lightening fast with his responses. The task was done before we even hung up the phone! We ran into one little snag, but Richard handled it like a pro and managed to get our loan through exactly on time with only 30 minutes to spare. He obviously has years and years of experience and has probably seen it all. I really appreciated working with richard Richard and give him my highest recommendation!
All the New Rez employees and people who just received a loan are giving New Rez high ratings. The service is absolutely miserable. They have an endless loop phone tree and you won't reach a human unless you want a new loan. I have not been able to acces my loan for several months as there is no way to reset you password. Also everytime you go on heir website, you have to check reject all cookies even if you sent in a written form to reect all cookies. Truely miserable service!
As a disabled veteran, this company has done nothing but act in contempt toward me. They answer the phone with a script saying "thank you for your sacrifice to our country" then proceed to spite me and ignore my requests. They purchased our loan from Armed Forces Bank then 'accidently' restructured it adding in property taxes when I am exempt. They will not let me delete/opt-out of escrow and their system 'wont let them fix the problem' for several months - causing a significant financial hardship. My monthly mortgage is goi... read more
