Worst customer service . I have yet to get a customer service person that can explain why we received a check from Caliber. I have yet to have a customer service person explain why the PMI is being charged when our loan is 62% LTV (they provided that %). After 6 months of asking for someone from the PMI department to call and explain , nothing, crickets.
