I met Ed Posa when I was already in the loan process with a different lender. The customer service with the original lender was awful. Once I switched to Newrez, Ed made the process stress free. He kept me informed throughout the process and was always available to answer questions. His processor Linda Brown was awesome. She clearly told me what she needed, and helped make the process seamless. We closed ahead of schedule. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
